Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary based on location and courier schedules. You will receive updates once your order is processed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier constraints. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage applies to eligible Camel products. Customers should keep their receipts – in the form of an official receipt or a sales invoice and warranty card as proof of purchase. The “No-Receipt, No-Warranty” policy is strictly applied. Warranty claims must follow guidelines at our service centers. Assessment will determine whether the product is repaired or replaced. Damage from misuse or unauthorized repair  is not covered. If the serial number of the unit is removed, altered or obliterated,  warranty claims would be deemed as null and void.

Refund and Return Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted for valid reasons, including manufacturing defects, damaged items, or incorrect deliveries. All items must be returned within the allowed period and must be in their original condition with complete packaging and accessories.

Refunds or replacements will be issued after our team completes the required assessment and verification. Processing time may vary depending on courier coordination and the inspection of the returned item.

For a smoother experience, please ensure all required documentation—such as unboxing videos, photos, and courier receipts—is submitted when filing a request.
